ON AIR: Xxplosive – Dr. Dre

Hi girls, this is the first outfit post of the year.

I’m still a little bit tired (you know, the holiday season!) but so happy because CHERRY MAG has just turned one. This year will be harder than the previous one, so I’ll need all of your support (you can follow me on Instagram: @cherryfranci) and hope you’ll enjoy all the changes on the blog and.. Please welcome Gianluca (@cherrygianluca), my partner-in-crime, who has just joined the CHERRY MAG club. There will be a MEN section, so guys stay tuned!

After the sparkles of Christmas and NYE (I chose to wear the third look I’ve created for Wolford), I feel the need to relax my “style” again. Want to know what I wear at work? This look could be one of the possible answers!

I started with one of my beloved turtlenecks, this one comes from Zara. A creamy color to soften the freezing temperature. Turtleneck=real wardrobe staple!

I kept the look very “neutral” and added this beautiful and comfy checked Aoife Keogh pants. Aoife is a talented artist from Ireland who lives in Amsterdam. Why did she choose Amsterdam? She says ” The vibe and cosy feeling of Amsterdam has kept me here and encouraged me to take the step into design. Over the last few years Amsterdam has risen to a city full of trendsetters susceptable to new idea’s and creating a recognisable style”. Every design is handmade in Amsterdam and I can’t wait to see her next collection!
What I like about these pants? They’re the perfect union of day and evening wear. I styled them with my black All Star (another wardrobe evergreen). What I love about these pants are that they’re so versatile: sporty with a pair of sneakers and chic with a good pair of heels. Comfortable design and effortless feeling!

And basically no-makeup.

PS: check Aoife Keogh’s site, you’ll find great pieces at great prices. Believe me or not, but these pants are only €75,00!
